Female Footballers is proud to offer this FREE Session on Confidence for Confidence Cup participants. The session will run for 45 minutes in the Leadership Lounge (large tent). All ages are welcome. Players will learn how to cultivate their confidence through growing their self awareness and improving their self talk. Session is run by CEO Kassie Gray and CPO Rachael Thomas.
